PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS

Good partnerships
start with clear standards.

A shared approach to responsible promotion, transparent traffic sources, and accurate campaign measurement.

BEFORE TRAFFIC STARTS

Understand the offer.
Respect the requirements.

Every campaign has its own eligibility, creative, traffic, and tracking requirements. Review the applicable terms and obtain any required approval before sending traffic.

These standards describe our general approach. The written campaign brief and partner agreement establish the specific conditions for an offer.

01

Transparent sources.

Identify the channels and parties generating traffic. Use the approved geography and source identifiers. Request approval before adding another publisher or changing distribution.

02

Accurate promotion.

Represent the offer clearly. Avoid unsupported savings claims, invented endorsements, misleading affiliations, and promises that the product, service, or customer experience cannot support.

03

Real consumer intent.

Traffic and submissions should reflect real people engaging with the offer. Automated or fabricated submissions are unacceptable. Incentives require explicit campaign approval.

04

Careful data handling.

Collect only information needed for the approved experience. Explain its intended use and follow the campaign’s disclosure, consent, security, and data-sharing requirements.

05

Reliable measurement.

Confirm click identifiers, conversion events, and postbacks before launch. Clearly identify test activity and report suspected tracking errors promptly.

06

Responsive collaboration.

Keep contact details current, share material campaign changes, and respond to quality questions. Follow pause requests while an issue is being reviewed.

WHEN SOMETHING CHANGES

Raise it early.
Resolve it together.

If a creative, source, landing page, or tracking setup changes, confirm whether a new review is required. Previous approval should not be treated as blanket approval for a different campaign.

Questions about conversion validation, rejected actions, payment adjustments, or other campaign decisions should be handled using the applicable agreement and supporting records.
